A little look behind the magic

From a few words
to a whole little world.

Three simple steps. A thousand familiar feelings. Here’s how your memory becomes a film.

Example memory

01 / The memory

The best stories start with the little things.

The place. The people. The way you couldn’t stop laughing. Tell us in your own words, with photos or descriptions of your characters.

No perfectly written story needed. Just a moment that matters.

After the first watch

The little details.
The big feelings.

A familiar smile. A place you loved. The feeling of sitting down together and seeing it all again.

“I ordered this for our anniversary and managed to keep it a surprise. He laughed at the part where we missed our train. We still joke about that date, so seeing it in the film was my favorite bit.”

Mia & Leo

An anniversary gift

“We have so many photos from that trip, but barely any videos of us together. The café scene brought back a whole afternoon I hadn’t thought about in ages. We’ve watched it a few times now.”

Jamie & Alex

A trip together

“Got this for Mum’s birthday using a story she’s told us for years. She kept pausing it to tell us what happened next, even though we all knew. We ended up watching it three times.”

Before you begin

A few things
you might wonder.

You bring the memory. Here’s what to know about making it into something you can watch.

What kind of memory can I turn into a film?

Start with a first date, an anniversary, a proposal, a trip, a family story, or an everyday moment that matters to you. Tell us who was there, where you were, and the details you still remember. You can write it in your own words or use the guided story questions to get started.

Do I need photos of everyone?

You can use a reference photo or a written appearance description for each character. A photo doesn’t need to be from the day of your memory. Add notes about clothing, personality, or other details you’d like reflected. Your film can include one to four characters.

Which animation styles can I choose?

Choose Cinematic 3D for dimensional characters and tactile detail, or Anime-inspired for illustrated scenes and painterly atmosphere. You’ll also choose the emotional mood and music direction for your film, including an option for no music.

What lengths and formats are available?

Choose a 1-, 3-, or 5-minute film in HD (720p), Full HD (1080p), or 4K (Native 4K). You can select landscape (16:9), portrait (9:16), or square (1:1). The duration and resolution determine your price.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. You’ll review the full story and script before we create your film and can request changes at that stage. Once your film is completed, no revisions are available.

How long does my film take?

The estimated delivery window is approximately 1–3 days. This is an estimate, rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Once you’ve ordered, you can follow your film’s progress and see its expected delivery in My orders.

How will I receive the finished film?

When your film is ready, you can open it from your account to watch it and download the finished video at your chosen resolution. Save the film to watch together or share as a personal gift.
